JOB DESCRIPTION
- In charge of the store daily operations
- In charge of the shop staff recruitment & roaster plan of stores
- Motivate the shop staffs by providing different kind of incentives
- Improve the staff cross selling skills
- Fully responsible for the shop visual merchandising display
- To take care of the goods replenishment & logistic issues
- Identify potential sites
REQUIREMENTS
- University Degree
- Previous relevant retail management experience
- Experience in watch or fashion industry is an advantage
- Minimum 5 years’ experience with a proven track record in Retail Management
- Excellent English skills – written and verbal
- An analytical mind, good with numbers
- Excellent Chinese written skills
- Highly motivated, a self-starter who can take control of the situation
- Excellent supervisory skills

JOB DESCRIPTION
- Manage the schedule of the Director of the Subsidiary
- Identify the needs and expectations of the Director of the Subsidiary
- Organize meetings and write the reports
- Research information
- Monitor the competition
- Manage the files diligently (respecting deadlines, follow up, inspection, and confirm with different individuals in charge)
- Organize business trips for the Director of the Subsidiary and the teams.
- Manage client contacts by telephone
- Oversee quotes for Corporate clients
- Keep the customer database up to date

- Centralize, coordinate and send information
- Manage the anonymous shoppers (find new clients, twice a year planning, update the questionnaires,manage the reimbursements, analyze and synthesize confidentially the results.
- Calculate the statistics, reporting
- Create different documents
- Welcome in person and by phone (outside visitors and partners)
- Monitor and follow up on the expenses of the back office activities
- Identify major problems in the administrative organization and propose solutions.
- Organize telephone conferences
- Manage office supplies (orders & stock)
REQUIREMENTS
- Good command of spoken & written English and Chinese (including Cantonese & Mandarin)
- Excellent presentation and communication skills.
- At least 3 to 4 years relevant experience required.
- Must be extremely self-motivated to help the country manager to start a business from scratch.
